What does it mean to be ALIVE?

Allow me to introduce you to NABA.

Welcome to the Next Chapter in Your Life or Recovery Journey

Hey LifeJacket Friend!

I hope you're doing well! We are wrapping up the last chapter of our book and believe it or not meeting our deadline! Whooo-hooo!

Today, I have some exciting news to share with you that I think could add value to your spiritual path while supporting your personal growth, that’s a big statement I know.

Living in today’s hectic isolating world can be challenging, I get it! That’s why it’s so important to jump into new things, recovery is an incredible journey that opens up so many roads and offers countless opportunities for us to evolve. It’s a beautiful process where we have opportunities to rediscover ourselves, build resilience, and find new ways to thrive. For the past 27+ years, I have uncovered and discovered so many things about life. One of them is that I LOVE being in a community, especially with COOL people doing COOL things! During the pandemic it was rough, right? Thank goodness that’s far behind us, yet I’ve noticed that the return to community has been slow in some places. That is why I love that I can share this with you.

One of the amazing communities that I have fallen into is NABA, the Natural Art of Being Alive! This. THIS COMMUNITY! This is the next chapter of my journey, it could be yours too.

NABA is not just any community; it’s a vibrant and nurturing space designed to support your soul and personal development. It offers a wide variety of online courses, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly live events that feed that natural desire for MORE. Do you know what I’m saying here?  I am always going for MORE. NABA gives me more! From serene retreats to invigorating workshops, NABA has something for everyone.

And you know what's even made this extraordinary? They invited me to share some of my meditations for an experience they are releasing; in just 39 days—super exciting, right? Additionally, I'll be presenting on stage, sharing insights about mindfulness and the importance of meditation in today’s over-teched world. Can you tell how excited I am, do you want to join me? I am fricking over the moon with this company. This is an incredible opportunity for us to connect and grow together, within a community that truly values personal growth and spiritual development.

If you're curious, and open minded like I am and ready to learn more, check them out today; trust me, it’s worth it!

Now, let’s dive into today’s topic.

Women Leaders

Embracing Leadership: A Path for Women

Today, I want to talk about something close to my heart—leadership, especially for women. Leadership is not just about holding a title; it’s about embodying qualities, like confidence, vision, and resilience. Often, as women, we underestimate our leadership potential, but the truth is, we are leaders in many aspects of our lives, whether we realize it or not.

I challenge you to consider all the places in your life where you are leading, and then share them with me!

Living in recovery, we have the unique opportunity to become leaders in our own lives and inspire others along the way. If you’re striving to be recognized as a leader, remember that it all starts from within. Cultivate your strengths, embrace your unique perspective, and step into roles that challenge and inspire you. Leadership is about setting an example and encouraging others to follow your lead. Don’t settle for less—acknowledge your potential and rise to the occasion.

Your Quick Insight Questions:

  • If today was the day, are you ready to embark on a creative journey to uncover and embrace your boldest and best life?

  • How can you explore ways to lead with authenticity and purpose together?

Mindfulness Practice

Before we wrap up, let’s take a moment for a quick mindfulness practice. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and focus on the present moment. Feel the sensations in your body, let go of any tension, and allow yourself to just be. This simple practice can help center you and bring clarity and calmness to your day.

And Now A Little Humor to Brighten Your Day

What did the meditation teacher say to the impatient student? "Don't rush; you’re in it for the long h-ommmm."
